demande d'aide malware ou virus

Bonjour, mon ordinateur vient de récupéré d’un malware ou d’un virus, j’ai supprimé tous les fichiers apparents qui étaient infestés mais mon problème n’est pas résolu car ma connexion est très lente et je suis obligé de changer dans firefox ou dans IE le paramétrage car très régulièrement je me retrouve avec une adresse proxy qui s’enregistre toute seule 127.0.0.1 port 60040 et qui m’empêche de me connecter donc je coche la case : « No proxy » mais ca revient tout le temps Neutral C’est grave docteur Neutral Quelqu’un a déjà eu ce problème Neutral Comment y remédier s’il vous plait Neutral Je précise que j’ai déjà essayé pratiquement tous les spywares et anti malwares mais ils ne détectent rien. sinon sur windows 7 ou vista aller dans démarrer an bas dans la barre de recherche programe et fichier puis ecrire restauration systeme

salut, j'ai windows 7 et j'avais desactive le systeme de restauration, donc il me faut une autre asolution....

essayer d enlever votre virus au demarrage systeme

Tapez msconfig dans la barre de recherche pg et fichier (ce programme qui permet de configurer Microsoft Windows)

-Confirmez en pressant Entrée

- Dans le fenêtre qui s'ouvre, rendez-vous sur l'onglet démarrage. C'est la liste des programmes qui sont actifs au démarrage.
-Décochez toutes les cases sauf votre antivirus et votre pare-feu
.
-apres cliquer sur appliquer puis ok et redémarrer votre pc .
voila aprés vous verrez de suite le changement de votre systeme au démarrage

apres passer un coup de spybot vaccination puis search& destroy scan

Donc je viens de lire le post , et lire le rapport hijackthis tools effectivement tu as l'infection présente , ne jamais faire une restauration système en étant infecter, il y a pleins de logiciels avancé qui demande de la connaissance et qui permette la désinfection , donc pour ce cas vu la date a laquelle sa été poster je donne pas de solution sauf si il y a une demande voila cordialement.
